Delivery & Returns
Out last posting dates before the Xmas break will be 21.12.18. Any orders received after this date will be posted on 02.01.19. We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas after 18th December 2018.
Deliveries From receipt of your order every effort will be made to dispatch your order within 2 (working days). This can be longer during busier periods and we will advise you of such an occurrence. Orders placed Mon-Thursday after 14:00 will be processed the following day. Orders received Friday-Sunday will be processed Monday. We will always endeavour to process and despatch your goods as quickly as possible so in the event that we are able to do so we may process and despatch your order earlier than stated in the above guidelines.
This is of course subject to the products being in stock. In the unlikely event that your products are out of stock, we will contact you to advise of such occurrences and offer you a revised delivery date or refund if required.
We will confirm dispatch of your order by email.
Our standard delivery method is by Royal Mail.
Delivery is usually within 2/3 working days from dispatch however please allow up to 5 working days especially in times when there may be a disruption in service due to adverse weather conditions.
Our Standard rate delivery charge to the UK mainland ( Excluding Channel Islands ) is £3.50 for a maximum weight of 2kg. The majority of these orders are sent out on a signed for service.

We may also run Free Delivery promotions from time to time. These may be site wide or via a voucher code. Look out for these offers!
If the dimensions of your order are larger than the standard measurements that Royal Mail Class as a parcel we will deliver your goods via a courier.
Royal mail does not consider a UK parcel lost until up to 10 days after its delivery due date. We apologize that we will be unable to replace your order until this time has lapsed. Please email email@example.com if you do not receive your parcel within 4 days of it being dispatched. Please note that in busy periods Royal Mail may take longer to deliver your parcel.
If you would like to order any of our products and require international delivery outside of the UK Mainland please send an email requesting an international delivery quote to firstname.lastname@example.org . Some locations may already be set up in our system. Please note however that International deliveries to Europe can take at least *20 Days to arrive in some cases. Customs can also hold parcels which can delay your goods being delivered.
Returns We cannot accept returns on all cut fabrics and bindings as it has been custom cut for 'you' the customers requirements.
We aim to ensure we provide full and accurate descriptions and photographs of all our products, however colours may vary on different monitors. It is therefore not recommended to rely on the website images to colour match. Please take advantage of our Fabric Swatch Service if you are unsure. Please however be aware that when purchasing fabric, it may vary slightly in colour from one batch to another.
In the event your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please email email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a return and refund or exchange. All returned items must be accompanied with a description of the damage. Any goods being returned need to be unopened and in their original packaging. All fabric, if faulty, must be returned unwashed and uncut in anyway.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We advise that you send your item back to us on a signed for insured service. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
For returned goods requiring a refund, the order will be processed within 2-3 working days of the goods being received by us in their original condition, unopened and including all packaging. Payment will reach you via the same method of payment that the purchase was originally made with.
If you wish to return an item that you have ordered incorrectly or you no longer require we will only refund the item and not the postage. We advise that you send your item back to us on a signed for insured service. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please Note Fabric Swatches are non - returnable.

Our system will only accept one Gift Voucher per transaction. If the Gift Voucher amount you require isn't here please contact us and we can make this happen.
Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the expiry date which is 12 months from the date you purchased the Voucher.
Whilst vouchers may be used for part payment of goods, they have no cash value so no change can be given for purchases made falling below the value of the Gift Voucher.
Your Gift Voucher will arrive in Email Format with your single use Gift Voucher Code within 48 hours of placing your order. This can be longer than specified if you have ordered over the weekend or during a holiday period.
